At Toops, we take pride in the quality of our dried fruit products. Due to the nature of our products and food safety considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases.

We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us before placing your order. 

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion.
